The whole team, led by Shaun and Pippa, were professional, efficient, and a joy to have on site — everything ran like clockwork. Emma in the office was outstanding; her clear guidance and encouragement meant we always felt supported and never overwhelmed.
What really sets Happy’s Circus apart is how thorough and thoughtful the process is. The pre-event communications gave us a clear roadmap, with reminders, tips, and practical fundraising ideas that made it easy to stay organised. From planning to setup on the day, nothing was left to chance — every detail was considered, which took the pressure off our PTA and allowed us to simply enjoy the experience.
The event itself exceeded all expectations. The Big Top created a magical atmosphere and the performances were fantastic — children and adults alike were mesmerised, laughing and cheering throughout. Families are still talking about what a memorable weekend it was, and the sense of community spirit it created was priceless.
Importantly, it was also a huge financial success for our PTA, giving us the resources to invest back into the school. Yet it never felt like just a fundraiser — it felt like a true celebration that brought everyone together.
We cannot recommend Happy’s Circus highly enough. They combine professionalism and organisation with warmth and fun, and they delivered an unforgettable event that our community will be talking about for years to come.”
Just a quick note to say thank you for a wonderful event last Monday. Everything was perfect – your guys were extremely helpful, the show was incredible and lots of fun was had despite the torrential rain.

I want to say a huge thank you on behalf of myself, PTA and the school for the amazing evening everyone had last Friday.
The whole evening was perfect, the atmosphere was fantastic and the circus was the source of conversation the following morning in the local hairdressers (so I’m told!) From the moment I nervously booked you way back whenever, to seeing the team off site on the Saturday morning, the whole process has been wonderful. You have all been so helpful, friendly, and given great advice, especially when the circus team arrived at the school, in giving us ideas for setting out our stalls.
For a fairly small school we did really well with selling more than 80% of our tickets to family members within school. Although we still have final figures to sort out we look to have made around the £3000 mark.
We would love to book you again!!
As it became clear that covid restrictions would most likely not be lifted in time for the school to hold a summer fair, we began to look around for an alternative event. One which would enable the School Association to begin to claw back much needed funds lost during the 18 months of lockdown and, more importantly, bring the school community together to enjoy an experience like no other. Well, I can safely say we found it all in Happy’s Circus.
From the initial booking all the way through to the final curtain call, the enquiry team at the end of my phone calls and email correspondences were fantastic. Having never put on such an event before I was more than a little apprehensive. However, I felt supported every step of the way.
To promote ticket sales, we used an online ticket platform which made the whole process far easier to manage, I would recommend this. The circus was mentioned in assemblies and I made a short promotional video with some images of Happy’s Circus which went home to parents as part of the virtual school newsletter. That was all the promotion we needed to sell every single ticket in just 2 weeks.
The day the circus arrived caused much excitement, the children could see the big top out on the school field. With everything set up and in place, the whole school was able to have a short visit to the circus in the afternoon to whet the appetite. The squeals of delight were music to our ears after all that time spent in lockdown seeing children being children with their friends was magic!
We could have had a BBQ or bar to make more money, however, we opted to simply run a tuck shop with some ice creams on the side. Nevertheless, the event still raised well in excess of £3000.00. However, the money raised was not the highlight, the highlight will remain with us (until the next Happy’s Circus event that is). The best bit about Happy’s Circus are the memories left, which will stay with our children for ever. “The day the circus came to our school”. Children old and young, (my teenage daughter became the little girl I remember her to be before hoodies and headphones took over) laughing and oohing in awe. Every single comment from parents since the event has been one of thanks and gratitude. Thank you, Happy’s Circus.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help on the run up to the circus, nothing was too much trouble and you were all more than helpful!
Our circus was a huge success despite being done slightly differently to how its usually done in terms of tickets sales and the feedback has been amazing!
So can you pass a huge thank you to all the office staff as I appreciate this side of the company doesn’t always get the recognition it deserves!!
